1. Bachelor Degree or Above with Major of Electrical Engineering
2. More than 2 Years Working Experience for Quality Management in Automotive Industry
3. Be Familiar with Quality Management Tools
4. Have Experiences for Audit Process and Supplier Management & Development
5. Fluent English and Good Communication Skill


Responsibility:

1. Initiation and Participation in the Local Supplier Selection and Assessment Process in order to Ensure the Best Possible Suppliers for our Business Success
2. Planning, Initiation and Control of Advanced (Prevention Oriented) Quality Management (Supplier APQP - Advanced Product Quality Planning) for all Supplied Goods within Own Area of Responsibility
3. Planning, Initiation and Control of Quality Assurance Measures (with regard to Accuracy, Completeness, Reliability and Performance) for all Supplied Goods within Own Area of Responsibility (Quality Audits, Definition of Inspection Plan of Outgoing Goods)
4. Development and Maintenance of Prevention Oriented SQA and Supplier Development Strategy and Technology Tailored to Supplied Goods to Achieve Maximum Product Quality within Target Time
5. Continuous Monitoring of Target Fulfillment, Milestone Check in order to Ensure Suppliers' Performance
6. Support of all Required SQM Measures in order to Develop the Selected Suppliers to Achieve the Required Quality Level
7. Development and Maintenance of the Supplier QA Process in accordance with the Internal and External Quality Guidelines (ISO 9000 / QS 9000 / TS 16949)
