Ⅰ.Main Accountabilities 主要责任:

1. 领导QC团队，监控过程质量并持续改进；
Leading QA team, monitoring the process quality and continuous improvement.

2. 监控生产过程的不合格品，定期组织不合格品分析，降低不合格品率；领导公司降废品项目；负责隔离库的跟踪及处理；
Monitoring the non-conformities for production process, timely organizing to analyze the non-conformities, reducing the non-conformities rate. Leading CTGO quality cost reduction project， responsible to handle blocked area.

3. 针对CQE反馈的0km质量问题，组织公司团队进行分析，发现根本原因并制订有效的整改措施；
For the quality issues from CQE, organizing CTGO team to make the analysis, find out the root cause and make the effective actions.

4. 针对生产过程出现的质量问题，组织公司团队进行分析，发现根本原因并制订有效的整改措施；
For the quality issues from internal production, organizing CTGO team to make the analysis, find out the root cause and make effective actions.

5. 针对售后索赔件，组织公司团队进行分析，发现根本原因并制订有效的整改措施；
For warranty parts, organizing CTGO team to make the analysis, find out the root cause and make the effective actions.

6. 负责工厂的SPC和MSA，监控过程质量；
Responsible for SPC and MSA to monitor process quality.

7. 负责按上级要求及时传达、更新、反馈职责范围内的相关信息;做好领导交办的其它工作；
Be responsible to pass, update and feedback the related database and other task.

Ⅱ.Requirements必备条件:

Education, Certification学历、资质:
1. 大学本科或以上, 相关专业优先;
College degree or above.

Vocational Experience职业经验 :
1. 5年以上汽车行业质量工作经验, 2年以上外企工作经验, 熟悉德系或美系汽车客户的要求。
More than 5 years experience of auto quality, more than 2 years experience of foreign company，known well the auto customer requirements of Germany or American.
2. 五大工具熟练。
Good skill of APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA.
3. 有ISO/TS16949内审员证书；受过VDA6.3培训。
TS auditor certificate; prefer to VDA6.3 training.
4. 6 sigma绿带或以上，熟悉质量工具并熟练应用。
6 sigma green belt or above, familiar with quality tools and good skill to solve the quality issues.
5. 有团队和项目管理经验。
Good experience for team management and project management.
6. 具有同时应对多项任务的能力。
Good capability to handling the multi-task at the same time.

Other Competencies其他能力要求:
1. 熟练使用Office软件，英语交流熟练。
Skilled use office software, good communication in English.

　　2011年5月公司用不到半年的时间完成了SAP系统上线， 使公司各项管理都实现了数据化与现代化的结合。
