工作职责：

1. Org. the team to analyze the failure parts and follow up status

2. Handle the customer complaint for warranty parts and make the analysis report to the customer

3. Statistics complaint data and follow up the performance for warranty

4. Communicate with customer in times and visit the customer so that keep the better relation with customer

5. Reimbursement of warranty claim and reject to the customer for not HCL responsibility

6. Handle the supplier caused failure parts

职位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent in technical related major;
2. Good in communication with English;
3. 2-3 years working experience in automotive industry;
4. Efficient computer skill, sound presentation skill;
