－在顾客面前代表工厂管理层，并在工厂内作为顾客的喉舌
Represents plant management in front of the customer and is the customer's advocate in the plant
－确保FES的质量方面要求在工厂的符合性，负责在工厂内推广QSE方法
Guarantees that all quality aspects of the FES (Faurecia Excellence System) are met in the plant. Is responsible for promoting the QSE approach within the plant
－负责确保只将合格件发送给顾客，在符合公司标准的前提下确保顾客满意（将顾客要求转化为内部要求）
Is responsible that only products approved are shipped to the customer. Ensures customer satisfaction while complying with company standards ( transforms customer requirements into internal ones )
－有责任和权限停止不合格产品的生产和发运当产品发生内部或外部不合格时，处理放行
Has the responsibility and authority to stop nonconforming product. Handles concessions in case of nonconforming product internally
－根据ISO/TS 16949任管理者代表，并确保管理系统在工厂实施的效率。按标准规定向工厂经理，质量总监及顾客分部汇报质量状况
Is the management representative acc. to ISO/TS 16949 and hence assures the efficiency of the management system at the site. Reports the quality situation to the plant manager and the quality director of the customer division according to standardised rules
－亲自确保遵守产品“安全与法规”标准（顾客和内部的）
Personally ensures the respect of Product "Safety and Regulation" standards ( both customer and internal )
人员管理people management:

任职资格：
？ 至少5年以上同行业生产质量管理经验；
？ 3---5年以上团队管理经验；
？ 熟悉质量体系及质量控制工具等
？ 良好的中英文沟通能力。

长春华翔佛吉亚汽车塑料件制造有限公司成立于2011年06月03日，由佛吉亚（Faurecia）集团持股50%和宁波华众集团持股50%合资经营。公司注册资金人民币1.2亿元, 建筑面积25153平方米，占地面积39981平方米。公司现拥有员工约500余人。公司主要客户为一汽-大众汽车有限公司, 主要生产及销售汽车保险杠及门下护板类产品。

ChuangChun HuaXiang Faurecia Automotive Plastics Components Company Ltd. was established on June 03th, 2011. It is a joint venture 50% owned by Faurecia Group and 50% owned by HuaXiang Group. Its paid-in capital is 120,000,000 RMB. Its construction area is 25153 square meters and the occupied area is 39981 square meters.The total number of employee is about 400 persons, including 40 managers& professionals. Its main customers: is FAW-VW Automobile Co., Ltd. Its business scope is to produce and sell automotive Bumpers and Rocker panels Main Products: Bumpers: MagotanCC、MagotanB6、MagotanB7L、AudiC7；Rocker Panels：AudiQ5、AudiQ5S-LIINE、AudiB8、MagotanCC、MagotanB6、MagotanB7L、AudiC7. It has passed TS 16949 -International Quality Management System Certification, We are the goal is one of the top ten suppliers of FAW-VW.
