Job Responsibilities:
In order to guarantee a successful achievement of the plant’s production and development goal, the Process supervisor will be responsible for
1.Manage the process team daily work and make it run under high efficiency;
2.Training and conduct the process team member work;
3.Capacity of product line 5-years plan and analysis;
4.5-years investment & budget & RAG setting and optimizing;
5.Create Process Flow Chart with process team member for new product;
6.Technical support to Production: Cycle Time analyses and optimizing;
7.New project initiatives proposal and following;
8.Champion for Continuous Improvement activities of the Plant;
9.Support the process engineer in FMEA activities through working with the cross function teams of the plant.
10.Support the Plant Manager in collecting and reporting the monthly indicator and budget, etc.
11.Other jobs as assigned by Plant Manager.
Job Requirements:
1.B.S. in M/ E
2.At least 8-years technology & Process Experience preferably in an automotive parts manufacturing company;
3.Good communication and teamwork skill
4.Master oral and written English communication ability
5.Familiar with computer in MS-Office and CAD etc.
6.Familiar with 5 tools in automotive
7.Familiar with IE and JIT etc.
