? Metal Technical master
? 金属材料技术硕士专业
? 8 year related work experience(including lab testing)
? 8年相关工作经验(包含实验操作)
? Familiar to aluminum alloy standards （including international）
? 熟悉铝合金标准(包含国际标准)
? Familiar to foundry process (specially in advanced company or academy)
? 熟悉铸造过程（有先进公司或研究所经历优先）
? Able to analyse failure mode and to verify the root reasons，then get the actions
? 有能力分析失效模式和验证真因,并给出对策
? Have statistic and quality knowledge
? 具有统计和质量知识
? Good interpersonal and problem solving skills.
? 良好的人际关系和解决问题的能力
? Physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
? 身体能够胜任基本的本职工作
? Demonstrates the ability to work effectively within team environment.

? Duties also include detailing to Supervisors necessary modifications to be made to existing equipment to maximize ease of operation and increased machine performance.

? Maintain a sound understanding of customer’s product and engineering specifications.
