QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED工作要求:
? B.S. degree or above from a reputed university and major in automotive engineering.
? 需毕业于理学本科或本科以上学历，且主修汽车工程
? Minimum 8 years experience in product development (specially chassis structure parts) while working within the automotive industry (experience in large solely foreign-owned enterprises or joint ventures preferred) and min. 3 years supervision experience.
? 至少8年的工作经验在汽车工业的生产部门（尤其是汽车底盘部件上）
? Thorough knowledge of product design techniques and mechanical drawing standards.
? 能熟悉掌握汽车产品的设计技术和机械制图标准
? Proficient in the use of Auto CAD, Catia, UG and MS office.
? 能熟练操作Auto CAD、Catia、UG 和 MS office
? Strong knowledge of material engineering, developing process including mold and equipment, casting process including tooling preparation ，melting,heat treatment, machining process and part validation tests, layout design and logistics.
? 有较强的知识：材料工程，产品开发过程包含模具和设备， 铸造过程包含模具准备，熔解，热处理，加工过程，零件测试， 工厂配置的设计和物流
? Well understanding program launch process and major automotive OEMs’ (specially FAW-VW Audi，GM and BMW) requirements.
? 熟悉项目开发的过程及其主要的汽车原厂设备（尤其是中国一汽大众、奥迪、通用，宝马）
? Hands-on work experience in APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, GD&T.
? 在APQP,DFMEA、PFMEA、控制计划、生产工艺流程、GD&T上具备现场操作的工作经验
? Effective communication skills both within the company and dealing directly with customers and suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES 职责：
? Manage engineering department daily activities and work with Cosma China group engineering team as directed by Cosma China Engineering Manager.
? 管理工程部的日常活动， 且作为中国卡斯马工程部经理需要直接和工程团队一起工作
? Create and maintain engineering systems/procedures and continuous improvement.
? 创建和维护工程系统/程序以及需要不断的改善
? Respond and drive permanent resolution to any customer issues, both internal and external.
? 回应和推动来自内部和外部的对一些客户的问题， 并永久解决
? Assist quoting activities.
? 协助报价活动
? Responsible engineering data management and confidentiality.
? 负责工程的数据管理且保密
? Involved in program launches and ensure measurable program are met as they relate to quality, equipment cycle time, cost and overall program timing by following CPMP, and responsible for new equipment, tooling and die follow up.
? 参与计划的开办，及其确保重大保项目在质量、设备周期时间、成本和整体项目的时间都是遵循CPMP，并且负责新设备，工具和模具的跟进
? Manage ECNs and implementation.
? 管理ECNs 以及实施
? Control and maintain process parameters.

? Support on production/process/quality issue resolutions.

? Lead on managing pre-PPAP material.

? Responsible for engineering sample management.

? Interact directly with customer engineers to ensure all program expectations are met as required.

? Maintain ‘Master Timeline” on programs and ensure that it is updated on time through life of the programs.

? Develop and maintain APQP open issues list which will be used to track and bring to closer all issues which surround specific programs.

? Maintain “Program Status Matrix” for assembly and all component parts on specific programs.
? 为部件和所有零部件在特定的程序上维持矩型的程序状态
? Interact directly with all suppliers ensuring that they are meeting their timing and quality requirements.

? Responsible for prototype/OTS/PPAP sample manufacturing, submission and customer approval.

? Manage all program launch activities in the plant up to PPAP and 6 months into production before transferring to other departments.
? 管理所有在程序的开办活动，从而进入生产件的批准程序，6 个月投入生产前移至到其他部门
? Co-ordinate launch activities with other departments to ensure smooth transition from PPAP and SOP and into daily production.

? Assist on C.I. programs.

? Utilizing continuous improvement methods, driven by Key Performance Indicators, it is the responsibility of the Program Manager to offset annual LTA price reductions through process improvement.
