Responsibility

1. Ensure quality of purchased parts by implementing the customer requirements and Hella-internal requirements at the suppliers;
2. Establish and render support to the supplier’s quality assurance of purchased parts, assess, evaluate and correct the supplier’s FMEA;
3. On-time release of component parts as outlined by general guidelines (prior to SOP) as well as execute complaints handling toward the supplier;
4. Perform goods receiving inspection;
5. Establish and render support to the supplier’s ongoing process of improvement.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, electronics and engineering.
2. Proficient English and Computer skills.
3. Above 5years SQE, production process and project management experiences in automotive industry,
4. A frequent user of FEMA etc five quality tools and IQ-FMEA application
5. Excellent communication, coordinating and problem solving ability and team work spirit.
