采购部实习生/Purchasing –Intern

职位描述

1 Handle daily documents
2. Consolidate weekly and monthly reportings
3. Taking meeting minutes, follow up payment procedures and document handling,
4. Giving support for all other groups within purchasing,
5. Follow up the HCL Lion program for purchasing etc.
6. Support series purchasing in cost reduction measures, follow up escalations with suppliers like late delivery, payment issues, support by sending out RFQs and prepare cost comparisons etc.

要求:
- 2014年毕业学生
- 实习期：6个月（2013年3月-2013年9月））
- 硕士在读学生，国际贸易或英语相关专业；
- 流利的中英文表达能力，熟练的电脑操作技能；
- 良好的Office操作技能，有相关实习经验者优先。
