l 通过有效预维护及维修支持生产目标的实现。
l 主导维修行为并持续改进。
l 识别设备风险提升工作区域安全及环境意识。
l 制定维护计划确保设备完好状态。
l 主导故障处理并分析消除非计划停机。
l 根据MFMEA制定应急计划。
l 备件提请及库存分析控制。
l 制定预防维护指导书并有效培训确保有效执行。
l 报告异常并从QRCI开始行动。
l 上级分配的其它任务
2年以上注塑机机械维修经验。
熟悉喷涂设备及链式输送设备。
