工作职责 Job Responsibility
1. 此职位负责长春和上海两个工厂的质量控制及管理。
This position is in charge of Changchun and Shanghai two plant’s quality control and management.
2. 进行产品质量、质量管理体系及系统可靠性设计、研究和控制
Responsible for products quality control , QS establish and maintainance also for system reliability design 、development and control.
3. 组织实施质量检查、监督
Organise and response for quality inspection supervision and inspection
4. 进行质量的检查、检验、分析、咨询；
Implement quality inspection analysis and consulting
5. 进行产品认证、生产许可证、体系认证、审核员和评审员注册、质量检验机构和实验室考核等合格评定管理
Responsible for management of product certification 、production certification 、quality system certification 、auditors register 、laboratory evaluation and so on.
6. 调节质量纠纷，组织对重大质量事故调查分析；
Regulate quality dispute 、lead the serious quality accident detection and analysis
7. 研究开发检验技术、检验方法、检验仪器设备；
Research the technology and method of inspection also the instruments for inspection .
8. 制定质量技术要求并监督实施；
Establish the quality technology request and follow up.
9. 根据公司发展需要，经理安排的其他工作。
Manager arranges others job for company development request.
10. 遵守公司及现场的规则和条例。
Follow company and customer on site’s rules and policy.
岗位要求 Job Requirement
1. 良好的英文口语及书写能力。
Good ability of English spoken and written
2. 机械类相关专业，了解基本的机械原理，本科学历。
Bachelor degree, major on mechanical related, be familiar with mechanical principle.
3. 3年以上工业企业质量管理/现场管理工作经验
More than 3 years experience on industrial/quality management related
4. 熟悉ISO 9001体系
Have the knowledge of ISO 9001 quality system
5. 熟悉新旧质量管理七大手法
Have the knowledge of QC 7 tools
6. 有质量管理体系建设经验。
Have the experience of quality system setting up.
