7. Is able to evaluate internal processes and documents for the quality certification. Familiar with both ISO9001 2008 and 2015 editions

8. Familiar with design softwares such as CATIA, is able to do some gauge design jobs
要求掌握一些设计软件比如CATIA;可以独立进行量检具的设计工作；

Principle Responsibilities:
9. Monitors each procedure of the company’s production, assembly, product calibration and finishing. Is the responsible person for the quality of the finished products.
监控公司内部各个生产岗位的质量，包括生产，装配，调试直到出厂。是公司最终产品的质量负责人
10. Establish a quality control process flow, to ensure the quality control can be carried out automatically
制定产品检验流程，保证质检自动贯穿于整个公司生产过程中；
11. Monitor the company’s quality certification procedure, ensure the processes in each department run smooth-ly and improves the efficiency
监控部门质量体系流程，保证部门运行顺畅，以实现工作效率提升；
12. Support the project management team to run the internal buy-off
支持项目团队，做产品内部验收工作
13. Manage and monitor the utilization and effectives of operation.
管理及监督运营效率及有效性；
14. Manage and monitor department performance, ensure the KPI within target.
部门绩效评估与管控，确保KPI的实现；
15. Coordinate with relevant department for problem solving occurring from operation.
与相关部门协调，解决运营部出现的问题；
16. To well allocate all the resources within department so as to minimize the cost with effective performance.
合理分配部门内所有资源，降低浪费，提升绩效；
17. Other work assigned by GM.
完成总经理安排的其他任务。

Education:
- Bachelor degree or higher with mechanical education background.
   本科及以上学历，机械专业
Experience
- Min. 5 years relevant working experience with international environment in the file of quality assurance
