职位描述：
1) Realizes quality concepts for existing and new products.
2) Further develops necessary quality documentation (e.g. control plans,process FMEA's, process flow plans, work instructions).
3) Supports the continuous optimization of the running production with respect to quality topics.
4) Supports and steers the failure analysis in case of quality problems and customer rejections.
5) Conducts data analysis to optimize processes.
6) Involved in the development phase of the quality planning work.
7) Responsible for organizing control plan,Organize and implement control plan.
8) Responsible for the organization of new products and production processes of internal recognition.
9) Responsible for the organization of the review process and product.
10) Responsible for collecting, collating the quality of internal information technology and external quality information, Organizations relevant sectors of the quality of rectification and reform issues.Responsible for the relevant preventive measures to correct the effects of track and verify.
11) Responsible for the organization and implementation for 0 - KM immediate measures defects.
12) Responsible for timely notification to customers of the process and product changes to improve the use of rectification and product information.
13) Develop and implement safety and training programs to meet STATE, BENTELER and OSHA/ISO regulations.
任职资格：
1) Well skill of quality five tools, FMEA, Control Plan, Feasibility Study, Action tracking, Audit Management, Automatic drawing stamping, 8D Method, SAP Modules, Guksa
2) Good skill of presentation, facilitation, traceability, audit and project management, Warranty and Risk Case Handling
3) Familiar with statistical methods.
4) Profuse experience for quality management.
5) Know related law and standards.
6) Strong organization and coordination skills.
7) Can expertly speak, hear and write in English.
8) Owned related qualifacation(IATF 16949,…..etc). Familiar IATF16949 and Formel-Q standards、ISO14001&OHAS18001 standards、VDA standards.
9) Familiar quality tools,such as gate system, ECR, Supplier tracking tool, product liability information.
10) Familiar welding process and mechanical design knowledges.
