职位描述：
1. Conduct the problem solving process for supplier related problems and monitor the corrective action.

负责供应商问题跟踪及解决，并及时实施改善措施及监督管理

2.Be strong accountability and keep good and trustable relationship with customer, enhance customer satisfaction.

建立良好的客户关系，加强客户产品满意度

3. Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection.

提高并实施过程质量控制体系，包含检验的工作指导书及制度

3. Drive for process continual improvement activities

完成实施过程质量持续

4. Skilled on quality and statistic tools (APQP,PPAP,FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE,5 WHY, FISHBONE etc),perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis, using quality tools and statistical techniques.

熟练掌握质量及统筹工具的运用包含（APQP,PPAP,FMEA, SPC, MSA, DOE,5 WHY, FISHBONE等）, 问题查找、分析、解决、实施。

5. Responsible for cost of poor quality by promoting quality cost concepts and awareness

负责利用 提升质量成本理论及意识控制不良质量成本管理。

6. Support ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits

支持ISO/TS内部及外部审核及客户相关审核工作。

7. Maintained good team work environment in Quality department and between departments in a pro-active way.

维护和确保本部门的工作氛围，积极促进部门之间的工作关系，保持融洽工作氛围。

8. Complete direct chief’s work effectively, comply with all company regulations and rules

服从分配，听从指挥，并严格遵守公司的各项规章制度和有关规定

9.Customer complaint ,and quality related issue coordination and communication work

客户投诉问题处理，质量相关的协调和沟通工作

Essential Requirements: 必要条件

(Necessary elements for apply for this position 申请此职位必须达到的条件)

 

1. A combination of Bachelor’s Degree above in quality management or similar and 3-7 years of related working experience.

本科及以上学历，3-7年的质量管理经验或相关行业工作经验

2. Experience in Automotive Industry

汽车行业工作经验优先考虑

3. Baisc Knowledge of ISO/TS.

对ISO及TS有相关知识及了解

4. Excellent prioritization skills.

优秀的优先技能

5. Experienced at Quality Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP)

丰富的质量工具实操经验 （FEMA，SPC， MSA， APQP）

6. Customer Focus, Initiative, Team work.

注重客户关系管理，积极向上，有权对意识

7. Capability of multi-tasks handling.

有多项任务的综合应变能力

8. Good English skills.

良好英文沟通能力

9. Good computer skills.
