职位描述：
Is the main quality correspondent within the UAP.
Make sure that processes are under control and quality standards are respected in the UAP.
Ensure efficiency and updating of quality documents deployed in UAP (instruction, control plan, PFMEA, record, master samples，7QB…).
Implements “quality tools” in the UAP (See QSE standardized tools)
Is an active member in the QSE workshops.
Ensures an up-to-date visual management of the APUs quality situation and reports results to the management.
Is responsible for the follow up of action plans resulting from customer complaints, product and process audits.
Be responsible for the monitor of the non-products which are including scrap confirmation and scrap KPI control within the UAP.
Has the responsibility and authority to stop nonconforming product.
Also is the quality representative and liaisons for the new project，which include advance program and program launching)
Be responsible for regular quality reports and liaise with customer.
analysis and corrective actions follow up.
During plant implement model management, act quality role.


Qualifications requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 3 years’ experiences in automotive quality field.
At least 2 years’ experiences in interior of automotive.
Good communication & interpersonal skills.
Task energy, initiative, motive, good team work spirit.
To be familiar with automotive quality systems (VDA/QS9000/TS16949). Task energy, initiative, motive, good team work spirit.
To be familiar with quality tools (APQP/FMEA/PPAP/MSA/SPC).
Willing to accept responsibility and able to work under pressure.
Use proficiently office software.
