职位描述：
1) Conducts tasks according to inspection guidelines
2) Inspects component parts on existing cracks through a dye penetrate
3) testing or the magnetic particle inspection
4) Conducts experiments according to inspection instructions, installation of
5) parts and evaluations
6) Conducts tests according to inspection instructions, signal control
7) regarding the iteration quality, installation of component parts an evaluation
8) Implementation of BENTELER management system and IATF16949 quality system in the management of guage.
9) Responsible for the development of the guage and calibtation plan, and accurate, timely completion of the test.
10) Responsible for the development of the guage and maintenance plan, daily maintenance, to ensure that the inspection in the qualified range.
11) Responsible for new project and mass production guage for the custom and guage work.
12) MSA related issues.
13) Make guage budget and ensure cost control within budget.
岗位要求：
1) Familiar IATF16949 and Formel-Q standards, ISO14001&OHAS18001 standards.
2) Familiar welding&testing process and mechanical design knowledges.
3) Familiar project management and control.
4) Familiar English in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
