职位描述：
?Responsibilities：
? Develop HSE management system with reference to global HSE standards, local HSE related laws and government regulations as well as actual operational status in the site.
? Follow HSE KPI, develop work plan and drive the execution in the site.
? Coordinate the implementation of HSE Policy, standards, procedures, programs and measures in the site.
? Conduct daily on-site inspection to oversee safety operation status and drive corrective actions to the non-conformances via systematical and effective way.
? Coordinate and deliver HSE Training, shopfloor HSE communication to enhance workforce safety awareness and promote safety culture.
? Work with HSE team to conduct HSE assessment and evaluation, internal audit, identify gap and develop action plans to continually improve HSE management system.
? Coordinate and lead incident investigation, root cause identification, corrective and preventive actions development and completion status follow-up.
? Provide HSE technical support to operation related activities.
? Order, keep, distribute and record PPE and ensure the proper usage of PPE.
? Work out yearly fire control plan and budget, maintain fire extinguishers, organize fire drill, coach and train the voluntary firemen periodically.
? Work out and implement action plan for protection of sunstroke/typhoon/flood/heat.
? Liaise with relevant authorities on HSE matters, such as Safety Bureau and Environment Bureau.
Qualification：
? Minimum 3 year working experience in HSE position.
? Good knowledge in HSE working practice in manufacturing and assembly process.
? Familiar with HSE regulations & laws, ISO14001& OHSAS18001.
? Good communication and presentation skill.
? Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit.
