Main aim of job
? Manage all related products quality issue after SOP regarding to the 0km and field problem.
? Support customer team to deal with Project quality issues before SOP.
? Adheres to Brose Changchun & Brose Group Quality Policy.
Specific duties and responsibilities:
? Responsible contact for all those customer quality issues with all concerned customs after SOP.
? Bring all customer complains regarding to the 0km and field problems to the plant and respond quickly to customer.
? Organize problem resolving regarding to customer complains.
? Responsible provide 8D report to the customer for Brose product quality problems.
? Strongly support customer to clarify whether the problems come from our product quality.
? Support customer team to communicate with customer concerning quality problems.
? Supplier corrective action responses and conduct follow-up verification.
? Support center production to improve product quality.
? Improve channels of communication between Brose Changchun and customers with problem-solving and resolution.
? Communicate all necessary follow-up actions need.
? Participates in product related meetings between Brose and customer if necessary.
? Responsible to organize to close customer quality issues in SAP.
? Report regularly for customer quality data regarding to 0km and field.
? Internal support each customer team and production team with customer quality issues, as need.
? Tasks that are for the benefit of the Brose Changchun operation assigned by N+1 manager or the General Manager. (These tasks could be cross functional)
Educational and professional training/relevant experience:
? Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field
? Minimum 3 years experience in product Engineering or in Customer quality management in the automotive industry or ancillary industry.
? APQP, PPAP, MSA, 8D
