职位描述：
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparation and monitoring of working performance
? Preparation of working plans in consideration of capacity (employees, machines and facilities) in consultation with production supervisors and Senior Disponent.
? Monitoring working performance, if necessary support with all arising works (e.g. during setting up).
? Optimizing organizational and manufacturing technical order flows from order entry to shipment.
? Have a say in design of workplaces and facilities.
? Responsible for order processing on schedule.

Ensuring the facility availability
? Remedy technical defects in facilities and devices or instruct someone.
? Identify and remedy failure reasons of facilities and machines or instruct someone.

Quality assurance
? Monitor production quality, or instruct someone of inspection tasks.
? Analyze defects, reworks and rejects and provide results to quality assurance.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1. Completed Bachelor's degree in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Production or in a comparable field.
2. At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar positions or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3. SAP Knowledge and Fluent in English
4. Have the team cooperation spirit and good communication skill
5. Have the strong independent analysis and problem solving skills
