职位描述：

职责Responsibilities

Advanced Logistics planning for all Pre-SOP-projects, from quotation to launch. Include supply chain related topics: 负责所有批产前新项目的物流规划，报价等相关供应链管理。包括：

1.Material planning for all ramp-up projects until transfer to series Material planning

新项目爬坡阶段的材料计划直至顺利交接给批量计划组

2.Set-up and Controlling of all related SAP-Master data in Launch Management for Pre-SOP-projects for all relevant modules (planning, purchase, production, sales)

建立及控制批产前项目相关模块的SAP主数据（计划，采购，生产，销售）

3.Logistics costs estimation / calculation

物流成本预估/计算

4.Internal and external material flow concept definition

内外部物料流程确定

5.Supplier evaluation (MMOG-audits, evaluation, sourcing committee, etc.)

供应商评估（审核，评估，外委协议）

6.ECM-Management

工程变更管理

7.Inventory management and obsolete material avoidance.

库存管理，避免呆滞物料的产生

8.Evaluate and confirm supplier packaging design;

供应商包装评价及确认；

9.New project packaging design and communicate with customer for logistic proposal;

新项目包装设计及与客户沟通物流方案；

10.Analyze, optimize and confirm the packaging proposal for both products and

projects, in order to reduce the packaging cost and fulfill customer’s requirement

产品及项目包装方案的分析，优化及确定，以最低包装成本满足客户需求；

11.Guide and monitor the management and repair of packaging, ensure the

quantity and the quality of the packaging can fulfill the demand.

指导和监控包装及器具的管理、维修，确保器具的质量和数量满足交付要求；

12.Unify the packaging standard

统一器具标准；

13.Make the packaging instruction

编制包装作业指导书。

职位要求Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree of logistics or management related major

本科学士学位，物流或管理类相关专业；

2. Speaking and writing English expertly, be familiar with office software

流利的英文表达能力，熟练的电脑操作技能；

3. 3 years or above related working experience

3年以上相关工作经验；

4. Good communication, coordination and teamwork skill, good ability of analysis and solve the problem.

良好的沟通、协调能力和团队合作精神，较强的独立分析、解决问题的能力
