职位描述：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Communication with customers and improve customer satisfaction
2. Lead and Manage logistics team with functions of Material & Production Planning, Customs Clearance, Warehousing and Transportation. Coordinate with other departments to solve all problems related to logistics;
3. Monitor production plan, Balance and track all the schedules from customers and forecast all the capability requirement , adjust and control production against real sales-capacity situation;
4. Monitor all operations in the plant, including guarantee the production in plant, fulfill customer orders, make management of suppliers, control inventory and warehouse operations, maintain MRP system etc.;
5. Develop and improve logistics procedures to optimize supply chain
6. Lead and improve internal control
7. Analyze and manage inventory days of stock, stock accuracy, expense of all logistics operation, supplier service performance, customer satisfaction, making use of obsolete stock and scraps prevention & disposition.
8. Other works assigned by plant department manager

Job Requirements:
1. Rich experience in logistics management, over 5 years work experience in logistics and manufacturing field;
2. Possess leadership to manage a team, experience in personnel management;
3. Good coordination and communication and time management skills;
4. Customer-oriented and self-motivated with aggressive personality;
5. Capability on decision making and self problem solving;
