工作职责 Job Responsibility
1、 根据设计标准, 当前生产技术,公差和产品设计要求设计模具、零部件、子部件和完整的组件,
Design moulds,components, sub-assemblies,and full assemblies based on design standards,current steel manufacturing techniques/tolerances,and product design requirements.
2、 通过增强和升级现有生产模具的提高和升级来实现***输入和产出并以此来满足客户需求
Support customer needs through enhancing and upgrading existing production tools for optimal output and quality.
3、 如果客户有需求,与客户一起寻求模具修改方案以解决问题
As required,work with customer on problem solving to find solutions for mould modifications.
4、 为新模具和现有模具制定设计,制造和开发计划时间表
Schedule tool design,fabrication,and development for new products as well as sustaining projects.
5、 遵守所有公司的工程规范,包括但不限于文档和文件管理
Adhere to all corporate engineering standards including,but not limited to documentation and file management.
6、 主动规划和安排自己的日常工作,利用自身知识,经验和判断力来制定问题的解决方案
Autonomously plan and schedule own daily tasks,develop solutions to problems utilizing education,experience and judgment.
7、 绘制必要的生产图纸
Create necessary production drawings.
8、 绘制装配图
Greate assembly drawings.
9、 遵守公司及客户现场的规则和条例。
Follow company and customer on site’s rules and policy.
岗位要求 Job Requirement
1、至少3-4年的钢制注塑模具设计实践经验
Minimum three to four years hands-on design experience of steel moulds for plastic injections.
2、具备工程塑料的工艺知识
Knowledge of process engineering plastics needed.
3、 自发的强有力的领导力
Must be a self-starter with strong leadership.
4、 良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving ability.
5、 良好的对内对外的人际关系处理能力
Ecellent interpersonal skills in relating to both internal and external customers.
6、 熟练运用MS办公软件，(Powerpoint Excel, Word, Outlook)
Proficient in MS Office applications(Powerpoint,Excel,Word,Outlook).
7、 具备响应的机加工，模具设计，注塑材料等知识
Knowledge of steel machining techniques,mould design,injection mould materials.
8、 熟练运用CATIA V5
Excellent Knowledge of engineering design software Catia V5
9、 机械设计，CAD/CAM或相关专业本科学历
A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering,Mechanical Engineering Technology,Computer Graphics Technology or equivalent work experience.
10、 运用CATIA软件5年以上
Working knowledge of CATIA V5 with minimally 8000 seat hours,has 5-years minimal trailer design experience using CATIA. . Knowledge of Great Dane systems,standards & procedures and template building.
11、 良好的英语沟通能力
Very good English knowledge is necessary.
12、 会用Tebis 3.5 优先
Tebis 3.5 programming skills is a big plus.
