职位目标 Position Target:
Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics or technical business economist with at least 3 years of professional experience.
工作内容 Job Content:
Main Duties
? Regular contact and visits with customer buyer.
? Control part prices and tooling costs.
? Define aftermarket pricing.
? Prepare all cost models (CBD) based on calculation and global cost model.
? Prepare and submit quotes for mass production and prototypes.
? Contract auditing
? Prepare regional sales planning in Global Sales Planning Tool (GSPT).
? Prepare and submit capacity confirmation to customer.
? Maintain customer portal for sales related topics.
? Support Key Account Manager in yearly local price negotiations.
? Put program data into relevant data platform e.g. easyDoc.
? Prepare birth certificate.
? Prepare packaging data sheet for mass production.
Responsibilities
? Approve local cost models for relevant customer.
? Approve local sales planning in GSPT for relevant customer in consultation with Key Account Manager.
任职资格 Qualification:
Education:
-University/college degree or above in engineering, MBA is preferred.
Training
-Knowledge & training on marketing ,customer management & inter-department management.
Experience:
-Above 5 years related experience in the automotive industry.
-Evidence of good experience of internal coordination and synergy.
-Experienced on automotive OEM/Tier1 sections; for example passenger car JVs; vehicle domestic; heavy duty; engineering machinery; E Mobile……
-Experience in engine/chassis area is prefer.
Skills & Capacities:
-Ability of market development;
-Familiar with TS16949; APQP;PPAP…
-Strong abilities of office software, especially Excel and PPT…
-English in oral and written. German/French is prefer…
Attitude:
-Team Work
-Aggressive; sense of responsibility, able to work independently under pressure.
-Willing to learn & teach, innovative;
-Good communication skill & sense of customer service;
-Passion on work and teamwork player.
Working Place: Business trip will occupy 1/2 of job time normally.
