日常循环盘点、月末实物盘点和年度实物盘点的管理
呆滞库存管理
确保客户订单的准时交付
包装管理（设计、包装规范的制作和下发、包装成本的计算和分析、包装优化和成本节约）
器具管理（特别是周转器具管理）
日常库房现场管理和5S管理
库房KPI管理
库房单据管理
库房班次安排的优化
库房的安全操作管理
MICLAS系统的库房模块和生产计划模块的应用及管理
库房团队和生产计划团队建设（组织、激励、监控、领导）
确保新项目相关的工作完成和沈阳工厂支持管理工作 举报 分享

公司主要向汽车工业提供热塑性注塑精密塑料件，同时涵盖包括塑料注射，模具，植绒，粘胶，印刷，装配及超声波焊接等多种工序。公司主要客户为华晨宝马、江森、伟巴斯特、格拉默、北京奔驰、奥托立夫、鹤傲夫科勒等国内外知名汽车制造商及其供应商。
