1、负责办公室的文秘、信息、机要和保密工作，做好办公室档案收集、整理工作。
2、负责整理公司信息、更新公司宣传页、网络平台。
3、负责整理客户资料资源、建立并管理客户信息档案。
4、按照公司的销售策略，向客户宣传公司产品及经营理念，塑造公司良好形象。
5、负责接待来访的重要客户。
6、与客户洽谈，了解并整理客户需求，组织内部资源进行信息传递。
