职位描述：
Responsibility

A Implement Basic IE/Lean Standard Tools

1. Be familiar with MTM ,Line Balance, Standard Work; increase the PPH according to company target
2. Be familiar with Lean Basic Tools ,such as 5S ,Visualization ,Value-Add Analysis ,optimize Plant process according to company target
3. Be familiar with Improvement method , achieve personal LiOn target

B CIP Management

1. Be familiar with LiOn process procedure ,set LiOn target with Management and monitor progress of every sub-project
2. Be familiar with LiOn measure procedure , measure and evaluate LiOn projects
3. Be familiar with LiOn management procedure ,train key user of LiOn Sub-project

C Others

1. Good at communication, influence others
2. Be familiar with Change Management
3. Get familiar with GL Transformation Initiatives, drive improvement through PIB process


Qualification

1. Bachelor degree.
2. Proficient English and Computer skills
