职位描述：

- 协调客户反馈和公司内发生的各种质量问题，按照质量管理体系的要求，维护生产线和质量体系的正常运行，并配合其他部门做持续改进；
Coordinating customer feedback and internal quality problems, maintenance the production line and quality system’s normal operation according to the requirement of quality system, assisting other departments for continuous improving;
- 收集和统计顾客处的CLR和WR并制定整改措施；
Collecting and calculating customer CLR and WR and formulate correction plan;
- 所有质量工具和方法应用于生产过程，包括顾客相关需求；
All quality tools and method are applied in production procedure, include customer requirements;
- 按照质量管理体系改善和优化产品生产过程；
Improving and optimizing production procedure according to quality management system;
- 及时处理顾客的抱怨及索赔并组织缺陷分析（8D报告）；
Handling customer complaints and claim timely, conducting defect analysis (8D report)
- 内部/外部质量问题的协调工作。
- Coordination works about internal and external quality problems

职位要求：

- 学士学位，理工类相关专业；
Bachelor degree, science major related
- 流利的中英文表达能力，熟练的电脑操作技能；
Fluent Chinese and English expression, proficient computer skills
- 熟悉质量管理和五大质量工具，熟练掌握试验和测量技能；
Familiar with quality management and five tools, know well about test and measurement skill
- 3年以上汽车行业客户质量领域的相关工作经验；
Over three years customer quality experience in automotive industry
- 良好的沟通能力、团队合作精神以及出色的独立解决问题的能力
