职位描述：
Mission of function 主要工作任务:
1. Manage daily activities with IPQC team to ensure the current inspection instruction is to be implemented. 管理团队的日常工作，保证团队成员执行相关检验指导书.
2. Process of pre-production/assembly controlling to ensure the implementation and application of current work instruction. 对生产和装配的过程 进行控制，保证当前的工艺被正确执行
3. Supporting production in quality-related tasks 支持生产车间完成与质量相关的任务
4. Take lead to solve the internal quality problem to ensure the production line running well负责解决公司内部发生的质量问题从而保证生产线正常的输出

Responsibilities 工作职责:
1. Arrange and check daily work within IPQC team.(tasks distribution/daily focus/customer complaints and reject information) and communication with other Dept. 安排并检查 IPQC组的日常工作与其他部门沟通协调。
2. Training team member about works procedures and inspection skill. 培训团队队员的工作流程和检验技巧.
3. Deal with the nonconformity parts founded at production line(evaluation/identify/reporting). 处理生产线上的不一致的零件（评价/鉴定/报告）
4. Familiarizing and training new staff with regard to quality-related tasks and their recording in collective failure sheets, X/R sheets etc. 熟悉并培训新员工与质量相关的任务和批量不合格产品及X/R 的记录。
5. Support for the staff responsible in the implementation of measures to reduce additional costs and scrap. 支持措施实施的负责人 来降低废品率和额外的成本。
6. Accepting internal complaints and take lead to analysis the problem. 接受内部抱怨并且负责分析问题。
7. Support process optimization, fault analysis, quality improvements as well as the preparation of documentation for new products and series production. 支持工艺优化、错误分析及质量改善，也包括为新产品和连续生产准备文档。
8. Carrying out initial analyses and tests on returned goods, if necessary initiating further examinations and monitoring remedial measures in agreement with the customer-quality-engineer staff and product engineers. Documenting results and informing the departments. 对返件进行初始分析和测试，如果必要，在与CQE 工程师和产品工程师达成一致后进行深层的检查并对其补救措施监控，归档结果且通知相关部门
9. Updating quality documentation (SAP test plans, X/R sheets, drawings etc.) in agreement with the customer-quality-engineer (CQE) staff and informing those responsible in production. 与CQE工作人员协调一致后更新质量文件，并通知生产部门相关负责人。
10. Carrying out other tasks related to this position (including examining and evaluating suggestions for improvement, as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties. 执行岗位相关的其他任务。

Qualification 任职资格：
1. Bachelor degree or above. 学士或以上学位
2. Good English in speaking and writing. 英语听说能力良好
3. Experience with 3 years above in automobile field. 3年以上汽车行业工作经历
4. Efficient computer skill, sound presentation skill. 丰富的电脑技能和表达能力
5. Having received training on product audit. 经过产品审核的培训。
6. Mastering the special requirements of production, include special requirement of the customers. 掌握产品的特殊要求，包括顾客特殊要求。
