职位描述：
1. Month end closing
a. Manage monthly closing with material and manufacture ovhd, assure all different provision is created, risk is identified and analysed clearly
b. Work closely with the production team to reduce the cost ( Material and ovhd)
c. Follow up closely to make sure slow moving stock reduction target achieved
d. Manage the financial fcst( Budget/YEFC/SCU) for material and OVHD process
2. Day to day operation
a. Set up and maintain the production standard cost in SAP and assure SAP master data is clean and accurate by correcting the mistake in the past and checking new mater data
b. Control plant expense vs budget / YEFC by validating and challenging the purchase request, control the spare parts and logistic cost
c. Work closely with the engineering and PJM/PJS on Plant Cost Reduction Program (DtC or Re-DtC)
d. Update the calculation of standard hourly rate and maintain in the SAP
e. Support engineers in production capacity and utilization improvement
f. Actively drive the slow moving stock reduction, monitors the scrap status, participate in cycle count and full count
g. Actively support operational teams with financial performance analysis
3. Forecast and Annual budget
a. Provide the rolling forecast for responsible P&L line and indicator
b. Provide the budget and YEFC for the material and ovhd
c. Additional responsibilities outside of standard job responsibilities

Requirements:
1. Bachelor (or equivalent) in accounting/finance
2. At least 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing, especially on costing area.
3. SAP Co module work experience, it’s better to understand cost center planning
4. Soft Competencies :
-Understanding of different costing models is essential.
-Familiar with accounting processes, procedures and internal controls, particularly with costing
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
-Motivation and a proven ability to meet financial deadlines.
-Willingness to drive & improve
5. Other Requirements:
-IFRS knowledge is plus
-Fluency in English communication in English - both written and oral is a must.
-Good knowledge of Excel and power point.
