Major Job Responsibilities：

Responsibilities:
1. To coach and maintain small group activity in the plant
2. To apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process in manufacturing, focusing on Cycle time reduction, manufacturing quality & productivity and build continuous improvement culture
3. To identify continuous improvement opportunities, and lead GB projects.
4. To manage continuous improvement projects

Competencies:
1. University degree, major in engineering or other technical field
2. Application Skills in Office software
3. About 2 years’ experience in manufacturing; engineering or Quality related environment
4. Participated in more than 2 Lean sigma projects
5. Oral and written English skills
6. Ability to work independently or in group
7. Interpersonal skills to maintain positive work relationships
8. Self-training abilities
9. Project management skill

Preferred Requirements:
1. Good Lean manufacturing experience
