Job Description：
1.New project development and preparation.
2. Product drawing review for new product.
3.Advanced technology preparation for new product: e.g. fixture, tools, machine and auxiliary machine etc.,
4.New machine, tools and fixture technical agreement, payment procedure.
5.New project process and layout definition.
6.Make PFMEA, FC and process layout for new project.
7.Trouble shooting for technology and quality issues.
8.Prepare the necessary document for APQP and PPAP.

岗位描述：

2.评审客户图纸及要求,分析可行性及确定工序；
3.新项目前期技术准备，包括设备、工具、辅助工具等；
4. 新设备技术协议及付款流程；
5.项目生命周期内,监督及控制项目的运行；
6. 领导并参与PFMEA及FC的制定；
7.工艺及质量问题解决；
8. 准备相应的APQP及PPAP文件；

Requirments:
1.At least five years working experience in plastic injection molding/plant or chemical industry.
2.Bachelor or above, product design, product process background.
3.Familiar with English in speaking and writing.
4.Knowledge of polymers and plastic materials (chemistry, physics) (PLAS), Familiar with the molding process (IMP),
