职位描述：
？ Ensure customer on time delivery 100%
确保给客户的100%及时交付。
？ Ensure supplies of production lines
确保生产线的供给。
？ Ensure other function of warehouse, and responsible for warehouse team member’s performance.
确保仓库的其他职能正常有序进行，对仓库团队成员的工作完成情况负责。
？ Organize resources(people, machines)
组织调配资源（人员、设备）
？ Coordinate with other dept. interface for shop floor daily issues.
负责就现场日常事务与其他部门的沟通和协调。
？ Manage, train and coach logistics operators team
管理培训教导仓库团队。
？ Responsible for log. Process improvement and FES tools implementation and internal training.
负责物流过程改进，FES工具的实施和培训。
？ Raise log. Hardware improvement idea and support to implement action plan.
提出物流硬件改进建议，协助实施改进计划。
？ Monitor visual management system: deploy visual FIFO and install physical alert systems.
监督仓库目视化，先进先出及物料预警系统。
？ Ensure the deployment of the Employee empowerment tools(Monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups)
确保EE工具的展开执行（月度会议、合理化建议、自主团队）

资历要求：
？ Bachelor degree or above, over 3 years warehouse management and inventory control experience in manufacturing environment
大学本科及以上学历,制造业仓库管理库存管理工作经验3年以上.
？ Experience in shop floor management and warehouse working procedure.
有现场管理经验,熟悉仓库工作流程
？ Keen in lean production, industry engineer, TS 16949 system management, visual management
熟悉精益生产,工艺工程,TS16949体系管理,目视化管理.
？ Good communication skill and aggressive working attitude
良好的沟通技巧及正面的工作态度
？ Strong office software and ERP
熟练使用常见办公软件及ERP.
？ Good English both in oral and written is preferred.
