职位描述：
倒班工作（两班倒）

工作职责：
1. Discipline and Safety. 纪律和安全
1.1 Good Attendance, and comply to Employee manual; 按照公司规定出勤和退勤， 遵守员工手册；
1.2 Wear safety glove, safety shoes, and so on.做好本职位的安全工作， 并按要求穿，戴，用安全保护用品。
2. Trouble Shooting daily 每日设备故障维修
2.1 Maintenance the production; 维护生产设备正常生产；
2.2 Repair the mechanical failure of the machine; 维修生产设备的机械故障；
2.3 Repair the electrical failure of the machine; 维修生产设备的电气故障；
2.4 Support mechanic to repairing facilities; 支持设备维修工对设备的维修；
2.5 Resolve issues for Manufacturing and assist in prioritising of repair and maintenance Jobs. 解决生产过程的相关问题并协助维修工作的实施。
3. Improve Machine Status 改善设备状态
3.1 Implement pre-maintenance plan for all the related equipment; 实施设备的预防性维护计划；
3.2 Check and maintain the mechanical part of the machine regularly; 设备机械部分的定期检查，保养；
3.3 Check and maintain the electrical part of the machine regularly; 设备电气部分的定期检查，保养；
3.4 Record which part often have problem , and we need spare part; 统计易损零件的损坏频次；
3.5 Record and calculate the rate of machine malfunction; 统计设备故障率；
3.6 participate in discussing the reason of machine problem.参与设备故障原因分析。
4. Maintenance management
4.1 Facilities and tools management, pushing; TPM. 设备、工装夹具管理，推行TPM;
4.2 Pushing 5Smanagement, fixed area management, in spare part ware-house and maintenance office, and so on.
在机修办公室,备件库等机修负责区域, 推行5S、定置、定位管理。
5. Training
Implement training plan to improve other mechanic skill and maintenance ideal. 培训维修工的维修技能和设备维护意识。

Have the knowledge of PLC control system了解PLC控制系统
Have the knowledge of relay control system 了解继电器控制系统
