职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for training and managing the operators to ensure an efficient, qualified and disciplined work force.
2. Conduct analyses to minimize the imbalance among the different working posts of the assembly line and ensure a smooth running of the line.
3. Ensure that the documents like working instructions are updated as appropriate.
4. Contribute in the ISO Certification process.
5. Teamwork with maintenance, Quality and Logistics, etc. to ensure a complete and smooth working communication.
6. Control labor loss and material waste at a reasonable level.
7. Make various reports on production indices.
8. As the WCM(世界级工厂) WO pillar leader , push the related improvement actions.
9. Work on other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.
Qualifications:
1.College or University degree, preferably in Automotive Engineering.
2.Minimum 8-year relevant working experience in Mechanical/Automotive field ,with 3-year in a
supervisory position.
3.Familiar with Quality standards like TS16949, etc.
4.Good command of English in both spoken and written.
5.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills. 举报 分享
