职位描述：
负责生产工艺的执行、管理和持续改进，并解决所有涉及产品工艺以及模具、设备有效利用的相关问题
Implement and guide production process, manage and improve the routing and resolve the related process problem. Not only the about the product also about the tool and equipment effectivity
1、 编制生产工艺路线，有效指导现场生产；确定产品各工序的工艺参数、工时及定额，并持续改进
Create the routing card for production and guide it effective in function area; Confirm technological parameters, working hours and the quota for the every process and continue to improve/update working hour and working efficiency
2、 负责过程控制，确保生产和产品质量的稳定性；负责质量问题分析和指定或执行有效措施
Responsible for the process control to insure the stability of production and quality; Analyze the quality problem and establish or implement rectification measures
3、 任项目小组成员，负责项目生产前期准备；负责新产品制作、模具调试以及设备选型和技术改造方案
As the member of project team, responsible for the pre-production preparing; Produce the prototype, tool debugging and equipment selection and reform the technology
4、 对操作员实施工艺培训、考核及监督
To train, examine and supervise the operators
5、 负责生产物流的方案指定和优化，包括路线、物流器械和产品包装
Establish and improve the production logistic program, include the logistic route, instrument package of goods
任 职 资 格
Qualification
1、大学以上学历College degree or above
2、3年制造业工作经验 3years work experience in manufacturing industry.
3、了解机械、加工知识
Basic mechanical and machining knowledge
熟悉模具的工作原理及调整技能
Familiar tool working process and good knowledge about the toll adjustment
熟悉质量体系的相关条例、标准和程序
Familiar with regulations standards and procedures of quality system
熟悉产品图纸及CAD制图
Good knowledge about product and building drawings(CAD)
协调和实施过多次成功项目的经验
Good experience with the successful coordination and execution of multi-projects
优秀的英语技能
