Part I: Principal Responsibilities
- Acquiring understanding of business requirements and objectives, and to align HR objectives and personnel flows with these objectives.
- Devise and implement human resources strategies for recruitment and selection, retention, incentive systems, compensation and benefits, talent management, training etc.
- Establish and maintain recruitment to the growth of the organization and contribute to business goals.
- Developing and implementing integration and orientation programs for new hires.
- Challenge the organization to ensure continuous improvement and upgrading of talent processes and organization performance.
- Ensure reward programs are competitive in the market and aligned to the business needs of the company.
- Provide professional C&B analysis and report to top management team for C&B review and adjustment.
- Work with the relevant local Labor Bureau and other government authority to ensure legal compliance.
- Enhance communication channel with management and staff, improve employee satisfaction.
- Make sure all administrative & H.R. activities conform to Local law and corporate policies.
- Manage and provide departmental guidelines and directives of HR department and employees.
- Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Part II: Specific Short Term Requirements
- Strong people management and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Labor Law and local regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
Part III: Requirements
Education Background and Working Experience
- Bachelor degree in in Human Resources Management, business administration or related major
- Written and verbal English fluency
- Minimum of 5 years of previous experience in Human Resources Management
Knowledge
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Economics and Accounting — Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
- Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Personnel and Human Resources — Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.

- Management of Personnel Resources — Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.

Internal Relationships
- Reporting Line — The HR Manager reports directly to the Infitecs China Leader.
- Infitecs Executive team — This role provides support to the Leadership team directly including advice on China Labour Law and pay and MI rules. Also support the leadership to promote employee engagement and retention communication.
- Finance — Maintain a close and productive working relationship with the Finance Manager and their team. This is especially important for the Financial aspects of Infitecs Payroll processing and management of any 3rd Pary Employment Agency.
- Infitecs employees — This role provides employee support to each Infitecs employee. This involves being available to listen to employee issues, help support employees facing challenging situations at work and home and to conduct such discussions in a professional and confidential manner.
