职位描述：

Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for developing related project WI, PFMEA, flow chart, process card, etc.

2. Create and maintain product BOM, other components information and CT in QAD system.

3. Organize the capability study and analysis, responsible for PV batch assembly and shipment.

4. Make necessary communication with R&D, purchase, logistic, maintenance, quality department to resolve some problem.

5. Ensure relevant documents, files, drawing keeping in order.

6. Team-leader of new projects process development.

7. Support process improvements through UTE-Team activity.

8. Respect the rules in order to ensure that the process is in line with the environment and security constraints.

9. Follow WCM steps.

10. Ensure effective process control system, manage manufacturing operation and assure machinery cycle time, operator balance, based on customer's requirement and minimize variable production cost.

11. Define and maintain the product package plan though communicate with the customer.

12. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical and electrical engineering or other engine professional.

2. Minimum 5-years’ experience in machining, plastic injection and assembly in automobile components.

3. Good PC skills including Office, AutoCAD etc.

4. Experience in Quality System (ISO9000/TS16949).

5.Lean manufacturing experience.

6. Familiar with APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA.

7. Good command of English in both spoken and written.
