Main responsibility：

1. Achieve Sourcing targets as defined in the respective annual plan(Targets includes, but are not limited to; Supplier evaluation, Supplier claim management, Spend analysis and e-Catalogue)
2. Developing, leading & managing the sourcing organization in China.
3. Support and Coaching for Plant Sourcing Managers.
4. Manage and coordinate the development of new cost reduction projects through brainstorming Session, spend analysis, benchmarking and other purchasing methodologies.
5. Consistent and regular follow-up of brainstorming & benchmark projects agreed actions.
6. Consistent follow up of ATRACK projects for the plants in China.
7. Responsible for CAPEX Sourcing + CAPEX contracts in China.
8. Establishing a pro-active managed supplier base to ensure consistent deliveries and optimization and reduction of supplier base per agreed targets
9. Support & close collaboration and coordination with Ahlstrom Sourcing Category Managers to leverage knowledge and share experiences.
10.Reporting and tracking of cost reduction projects / activities against targets by plant
11.Reporting and tracking of working capital improvement projects / activities against targets by plant
12.Inflation Mitigation / reporting and tracking per established guidelines
13.Implement Central / Category Sourcing agreements communicated and handed over to plant procurement for execution
14.Frequent and consistent communication to plants in China of important Supply Market Information
15.Supporting Sales needs, through close collaboration with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain Management, Sourcing Plant Managers and Category Managers


Qualifications:

1. Experience in tactical sourcing & procurement activities.
2. Demonstrate ability to communicate and correspond effectively with all levels of management and staff; internally and suppliers.
3. Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other related software programs that are necessary to complete the job functions.
4. Good level of presentation skills; with data management skills to assure data driven analysis.
5. Project management skills and professional sourcing background required.
6. English--fluent (verbal and written) mandatory。7. Bachelor’s degree or above
