工作所在地：山东省博兴工业区

主要职责：
1) 负责科瑞项目团队安全、按时按质按量完成科瑞的订单
Responsible for the entire Kerui Project team, to ensure on-time-in-full fullfill all Kerui orders.

2) 根据客户的订单的需求，负责组织编排每日生产计划并跟踪生产进度, 安排处理急单的交货

Responsible to the daily production planning and follow up the progress. Deal with some urgent batch

3) 和客户服务部、技术部及时沟通，对生产异常、客户投诉等的进行分析，找到根本原因并采取纠正预防措施。

Coordinate with CSD、Technical Dept. deal with the exceptional production and customer complain investigation，find the root cause and take corrective and preventive action.

4) 管理生产团队的整个生产过程按照SOP的要求完成、仓库物料流动过程
To ensure the production team to fullfill the production process according to SOP. Ensure material floww process in warehouse.

5) 保证生产现场符合QM&SHE，5S的要求
Ensure the production facilities comply to the rules of QM and EHS and 5S.

6) 对生产工艺做优化、改良，提高生产质量、效率和安全度
Propose some action to improve production efficiency,quality or safety

7) 与上海工厂团队协调，确保物料库存的合理安排
Coordinate with related department in Shanghai plant, to ensure proper inventory for all materials

8) 负责培训科瑞项目团队，使团队熟悉运作流程，相关SOP要求，能够按照要求完成相关工作
Ensure proper training to the Kerui project team, to ensure team members familiar with the operation procedures, SOP, so that they can complete their duty properly.

任职资格：
1) Bachelor or above, Preferably in chemical related disciplines
2) At least 5 years production management working experience.
3) Good command on written and spoken English & Chinese
4) Others: Lean manufacturing or TPS, and 6 Sigma or other quality system experience is a plus
