Location: Shandong Boxing Industrial district

Key Responsibilities:

1) To develop manufacturing objectives consistent with existing sales, projected sales forecasts and inventory requirement

2) To set, maintain and manage high standards of operation, including SHE, quality, efficiency, cost, and customer satisfaction.

3) Reviews reports on manufacturing activities, performance and results and initiates actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors

4) Coordinates with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing programs

5) Manages and executes various improvement programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs, safety, process, efficiency, etc. Including but not limited to quality improvement programs, such as Lean manufacturing, ISO, 6 sigma

Requirements:

1) Bachelor or above, Preferably in chemical related disciplines

2) At least 8 years production management working experience, with 3-5 years experience in Chemist Technical or Process

3) Good command on written and spoken English & Chinese

4) Others: Lean manufacturing or TPS, and 6 Sigma or other quality system experience is a plus
