Job Summary:
The incumbent of this position is to assist marketing manager to drive and grow Ahlstrom brand awareness in the Building & Energy Sector in north and east China, supporting and coordinating communication plan and its execution in China. The incumbent is responsible for promoting Ahlstrom brand and in the end create demand.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Organizing and coordinating event/trade shows/road shows in north and east China region, onsite interpretation if necessary
2. Cobranding programs with customers in the north and east of China
3. Translate corporate or BA related material into local language for local adaptation, vice versa.
4. Marketing materials, visual, artworks and wording development with software like Photoshop., Adobe Illustrator
5. Develop training material for customers, developer and retail shops
6. Retail execution, educating the retailers as part of the value chain influencing strategy
7. Designer club and platform setup and management
8. China wallcover association CRM
9. Market Intelligence, data collection and analysis for market research
10. Help audit the execution of marketing communication material to make sure it’s complied with corporate guideline
11. Support other projects of the marketing team, such as global product launch

Key Competencies and Skills:
? 3 Years + similar experience in Marketing, preferably in home deco/wallcover industry.
? Bachelor degree is a must , advertising & marketing major is preferred
? Fluent in both written and spoken English
? Skilled in MS office, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
? Very hands on practice in creative environment, Experienced in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
? Efficient and effective communication and presentation skills, with strong data analysis.
