职位描述
Our client is a famous German owned enterprise in machinery enterprise.
Impact on Business
· Maintains GL system in SAP independently, including journal entry preparation
and review and select general ledger accounts. Ensure all the balance sheet
and related income statement accounts are properly stated in accordance
with Chinese GAAP and corporate finance policies.
· Perform G/L postings and monthly / year end closing in SAP.
· Administration of accruals and provisions.
· Prepare monthly financial statements, both corporate reports and China local
reports.
· Work with Accounting Manager to maintain and optimize the standard chart of
account.
Innovation and Change
· Assist the optimization of the accounting and reporting processes.
Internal & External Customers / Suppliers as well as Third Parties
· Accounting Manager: assist on providing financial reports and management
reports.
People Leadership
· Lead and coach the GL accounting team to ensure that the team's resources
are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met Evaluate the
staff by means of a qualification matrix, which is continuously adjusted by
the demands, and advise on their training plans to further develop the team.
Educational Background
· At least colleague degree in Accounting or Finance CPA is a plus.
Professional Knowledge and Experiences
· Above 5 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in European or U.S.
manufacturing company.
· Experience with corporate reporting.
Must be familiar with SAP FI module.
Other Skills
Language: English fluent (oral and writing)
IT skills:
· MS Office
· SAP FI module

Prepare local and corporate financial statements.
