职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
Daily follow up exporting, importing or domestic order process in and out of system, responsible to input orders with high accuracy and efficiency
Daily communicate with overseas mills, external customers, sales and finance mainly in written English
Closely monitor and track shipping schedule and payment status
Issue necessary sales reports as requested
Arrange sample delivery to customers
Deal with claim issues with relevant parties
Follow up other relevant issues as requested

Work Experience:
2-3 years working experience at least on exporting and importing orders following up
Action oriented, have strong responsibility and business sense
Being sensitive on the details
Major in international trade is preferred
Having experience on ERP system is preferr ed

Other Requests:
College or Bachelor’s degree
Having experience on ERP system is preferred
Excellent English skills both in Oral and Written is requested, overseas working & study experience is preferred
Good at friendly communicating with customers with patience
