Project Manager (construction)

Main Responsibilities

· Overall management of the project on behalf of the Employer particularly in respect of quality, progress, and cost of the construction, with the full support provided by the external technical consultants of the Employer

· Relationship and performance management of the project partners (in an environment as the only site representative of the Employer, cooperating with the concerned parties of the project)

· Communication and collaboration with internal and external contacts, including but not limited to the financial, legal, facility, and front-line departments of the Employer, as well as the relevant governmental authorities and administrations

· Reporting to the Steering Group of the Employer about development and expectation of the project, and reporting to the superiors on a required basis, if necessary

Skills and Qualification

· 8-10 year of relevant experience in construction project management

· 5 years as leader for technical management in construction projects

· Possibly experience in facility management

· Bachelor degree and above in engineering, preferably in civil/M&E works

· Fluent English in speaking, listening, and writing

Capabilities

· Integrated project management, focusing on safety, quality, cost and on-time service
