TITLE : Senior Accountant (Statutory Reporting and Tax compliance)
CLASSIFICATION : Finance Office
POSITION SUMMARY
To
meet the regulatory requirements for school as a China organization,
this high-caliber professional is to fulfill the need in the areas of
statutory reporting, tax compliance and other filings required by the
government to support the continuing growth of the school.
DEPARTMENT HEAD / PRINCIPAL:
Finance Controller
QUALIFICATIONS:
? Education:
Master or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or any other business
related discipline is required. Preferably holding a tax professional
certificate.
? Experience:
Min.3 years experience in the field of China statutory reporting, tax
fling, knowledge of general ledger and China tax regulations,
preferably with a professional firm.
? Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin
? Personality: With the commercial and analytical in mind, he/she has the excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
? Technology Skills: Excellent in computer skills (MS Office and ERP software), and strong in written and spoken English skills.
? Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy and timing in daily work and tax statutory reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible
for monthly tax preparation and filing in business tax, individual
income tax, enterprise income tax, stamp tax, and other taxes . Deliver
both the compliance and statutory financial reports.
? Liaise with tax authorities in respect of any tax issue, including any possible tax disputes.
? A good understanding of China GAAP and general ledgers for the monthly tax document preparation.
? Building and maintaining the relationships with the regulatory bureaus.
? Conduct periodic tax related financial analysis; participate in the school development activities to reduce the tax risk.
? Perform the cost benefit analysis to submit the tax plan to maximize the school benefits
? Having the required professional competence to perform the accounting and tax functions in the assigned area.
? Other duties as assigned
