Job Responsibility:
National promotion
- Design promotion mechanism in particular AO network and ensure an effective implementation;
- Plan, coordinate & evaluate the promotional programs, other products and bundling promotion;
- Take initiatives to meet specific channel needs;
- Leverage the proper give-away, manage the gift stock and track the delivery;
- Track the sales result and compose the promotion report;
National programs
- As the key coordinator to manage the national programs, like key city, sales contest, etc;
- Develop the programs mechanism, propose the plan, set the distributor and sales target and allocate the budget;
- Develop and implement the customized marketing tools and distributor development program;
- Provide on-site support to ensure smooth operations for critical marketing tasks;
- Track the sales result and provide sales report on monthly basis.
Marketing goods management
- Lead gift pool and central supplement to fully support trade marketing activities and local needs;
- Well select and control the qualified suppliers in accordance to purchasing procedure;
- Manage the marketing goods stock and distribution.
Other marketing activity
- Support on key campaign with cross functional communication with sales, communication, segment team;
- Support on BTL activation plan and implementation for ATL campaign.

Job Requirement:
- 5 years marketing experience in relevant industries, lubricant is preferred
- Good communication and execution skill
- Good events operation and presentation skills
- Fluent Mandarin and English both orally and in writing
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with respect to deadline
- Be creative and strong self-motivation motivated
- Down-to-earth working attitude and Teamwork
