Education:
Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance
Working Experience:
Minimum 5 years professional experience in different finance area, 3 year above team management skills.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Deep understanding of various finance functions (product costing, controlling, accounting, treasury, etc) and have certain sense about internal control.
Familar with SAP system and office software.
Certificate:
Possess Accounting Certificate and Medium-grade Professional Title. CPA or other professional certificate is a plus.
F&A Management / Operation
Establishing, reviewing, monitoring, and enforcing financial control policies and procedures in accordance with BASF requirements and lead the execution of regulatory compliance.
Managing operational finance, leading planning/forecasting process to ensure timely and accurate completion. Managing and performing the timely and accurate completion of all financial/management reporting.
Inferring business impact from financial data, and making appropriate recommendations and identifying key financial risks to management, helping Company to achieve objectives and goals.
Perform controlling activities, eg business analysis, product costing, planning and performance management, ICTP, etc
Properly deal with the finance activities operated locally
Support and coordinate various internal and external audits
Take appropriate measures to ensure company assets safety, eg, cash or cash equivalent, fixed assets, inventory, receivables, etc.
Take part in various activities organized by headquarters, eg. FSRM
Governance and Compliance with various regulations
Stick to global, regional and China management control policies and procedures
Develop local specific management control policies if necessary
Comply with statutory law, regulations and stipulations
Monitor correct and appropriate operation of various technical systems and tools
Coordinate audit of Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC)
