职位描述：
Key Responsibility主要职责:
Make financial management policy, work out financial plan and record financial status of Sauer Xinjiang according to financial strategy of Saurer Group, besides, provide management report and financial report to relevant parties.
根据卓郎集团的财务策略，制定新疆工厂的财务管理制度，编制财务计划，记录财务状况并向各相关方提供管理报表和财务报表。

Job Description工作描述:
？ Set up financial policies, according to financial strategy of Saurer Group, set up financial calculating system and financial monitoring system that accord with the actual status of the company, and carry out effective internal control按照卓郎集团的财务策略，建立和完善财务制度，建立符合企业实际情况的财务核算体系和财务监控体系，进行有效的内部控制；
？ Provide capex budget and control for Saurer Xinjiang project teams and management. 负责卓郎新疆新建厂房项目的投资预算与控制，及时为项目团队和管理层提供相关信息。
？ Responsible for accounting work of Saurer Xinjiang (accounts receivable and payable, tax, general ledger, cash, cost and so on), work out monthly, quarterly annual financial report according to the requirement of the group ( balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement and so on) 负责卓郎新疆工厂的会计账务工作（应收，应付，税务，总账，现金，成本等），按照集团统一要求编制月度、季度和年度财务报表（资产负债表，利润表，现金流量表等）；
？ Make fund operation plan, and raise operation fund under the overall arrangement of the group, guarantee the cash requirement during the company development, examine and approve big cash flow制定资金运营计划，在集团的统一布置下筹集运营所需资金，保证企业发展的资金需求，审批重大资金流向；
？ Responsible for making the operation plan and budget of Saurer Xinjiang, and supervise the executive condition of budget负责卓郎新疆工厂经营计划和预算的制定，并监督预算的执行；
？ Take charge of risk evaluation and control of big operating activities主持对重大经营活动的风险评估和风险控制；
？ Coordinate the relationship between Saurer Xinjiang and external organizations such as audit firm, bank, business administration, tax bureau, SAFE and so on, maintain company benefit协调卓郎新疆工厂同外部审计、银行、工商、税务、外管等外部机构的关系，维护公司利益；
？ Draft the management report of the company and provide necessary analysis to each dept. of the company for performance tracking and improvement. 编制公司的管理报表，提供必要的分析，供各级部门进行业绩追踪和改善；
？ Any “boundary” tasks assigned by line manager(s).任何直接领导布置的相关工作。

Qualification and Specification职位要求:
？ Accounting, finance or related bachelor degree or above会计、财务或相关专业大学本科以上学历；
？ At least 8 years hands-on overall finance and accounting experience in manufacturing environment, preferred in foreign invested enterprise in machinery industry. 8年以上在制造业财务全面负责从业经验，外资机械行业优先；
？ Rich experience in Cost controlling and reporting for multiple product lines.对于多产品线生产的成本控制及报告工作有丰富的经验；
？ Familiar with China tax, SAFE and finance related regulations.熟悉财政、税务、外管等外部管理机构的相关法律法规；
？ Good English level, can communicate with foreign colleagues较好的英语水平，能够与外国同事沟通；
？ Familiar with SAP is an advantage熟悉SAP者优先考虑；
