职位描述：
? Assist in the development of annual audit plans and project plans with audit VP / director.
? Perform internal audit projects in accordance with IIA standards and best practice. Identify auditee’s significant opportunity, control defectiveness/deficiency or process improvement areas and drive IA recommendation’s implementation.
? Instruct and coach the team, ensure all working methods and documentation meet Audit Methodology and other required standards.
? Review all work paper in general for each assignment and ensure high quality and timeliness on deliverables and reports issued.
? Timely communication with audit VP / director regarding the audit plan, project progress and key risk /findings.,etc.
Requirements:
? Minimum 5 years auditing or a combination of audit and accounting, corporate finance / operation experiences in manufacturing industry. Big4 or reputable MNC auditing/finance experience is preferred. Relevant experience in the textile / fiber industry is a plus.
? Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams, proven leadership and management skills. Familiar with ERP process controls is a plus.
? Travel nationally and internationally(mainly Asia), around 40%, based on audit assignments.
? Matured management and inter-personal skill.
? Convincing, well communication and conflict handling skills.
? Strong sense of responsibility, Integrity, professional, careful, fast-learning and reliable.

? 协助审计副总裁/总监制定年度审计计划和项目计划。
? 实施内审项目，并与国际审计标准和***实践保持一致。
? 指导并训练团队成员，确保所有审计方法和文件符合审计方法论和其他必需的标准。
? 审核每项工作的所有文件，确保高质量并及时交付成果、发布报告。
? 及时与审计副总裁/总监沟通审计计划、相关进程和关键风险、调查等。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，至少5年以上审计经验，或者制造业审计、会计和财务管理经验。有四大会计事务所或知名跨国公司审计或财务管理经验优先。有纺织行业相关经验者***。
2. 至少3年以上团队管理经验，有良好的领导能力、管理能力和人际关系处理能力。
3. 熟练掌握微软办公软件。熟悉ERP控制流程优先。
4. 接受出差进行审计工作（国内外，主要亚洲），出差约占工作时间的40%。
5. 有说服力、良好的沟通技巧即冲突处理技巧。
6. 强烈的责任感、为人正直、职业素养高、细心、学习速度快、可信。
7. 英语听书读写优秀。
