任职要求：

Education: Vocational School or above education in chemical engineering or related discipline; 职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；
Working Experience: 3 years of production working experience in chemical plant;
3年化工厂生产工作经验；
Basic English and computer skills, good interpersonal skills.
基本英语及电脑技能，良好人际关系技巧。

主要工作内容：

Daily Production 日常生产

Operates the machines/ equipment following defined production processes/ plans to meet the given schedules.
按既定工艺/计划操作机器设备达到给定进度表的生产要求。
According to the process code, operation manual and work schedule, by the supervisor’s direction, instructions and supervision, operates the DCS safely, accurately and efficiently.
根据工艺规范，操作手册及工作进度表，在班长的指导，说明和监督下，安全地，精确地和有效地操作DCS。
Observe operation of equipment/ control panels/ error lights/ error message of faulty output and identify any unusual findings and fix the problems.
监控设备运行，控制面板（DCS），故障灯，报警信息，判断异常情况，确定并解决问题。
Alert the relevant personnel the unusual findings, deviations, malfunctions, or predictable troubles, e.g. shortages/ obstacles/ needs/ unsafe processes that cannot be solved, including recording the problems according to procedures/ standards.
警示提醒相关人员（班长和班组成员）在操作中所发现的异常情况，数据偏差，误操作，可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷，工作障碍，工作需求，不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生。
Monitor the temperature, pressure, flow and reactions of materials and regulate as instructed, Control DCS system in line with process operation manual.
根据指令，监视工艺操作生产中的温度，压力，流量和物料的反应和控制调整，通过控制装置的DCS系统, 当班确保按照工艺操作手册进行装置的操作。
Coordinate with/ report to the relevant personnel to ensure the necessary corrective actions are taken in time. In terms of supervisor’s arrangement, monitor, control and adjust DSC process parameter, trending and alarm. Cooperate with fill operator to handle abnormal situation or problem. When DCS system, facilities or instrument is malfunction, contact and coordinate maintenance personnel. Report to supervisor.
协调处理/报告给相关人员确保必须的纠正措施能按时执行。按照班长的安排和调配、监护、控制和调节DCS的工艺参数、趋势和报警。与现场操作员合作处理异常情况和问题；按时跟踪和记录工艺状态。在处理DCS系统故障，设备和电器仪表装置的现场故障过程中，紧密地与维修人员协调和联络，并向班长汇报。
Maintain the workplace and working environment that support the work safety and efficient production activities according to plant safety regulations as well as company EHS guidelines.
根据装置的安全规定及公司的EHS方针，保持工作场所和工作环境以达到安全工作和高效生产活动的要求。
Timely share the necessary information for the daily production with co-operators in the Log Sheet, e.g. changes, progress, machine performance. In terms of supervisor’s request, record process condition, data and operation activities accurately. Hand over shift work properly.
及时和同事在交接班记录本上分享日常生产的相关信息，如：参数工艺变化，设备性能。按照操作手册和班长的指挥，在记录本上记录工艺条件和数据；在记录本上准确地记录操作行动。保证好的交班质量。
Solve problems of the production process in coordination with other shift operators and shift supervisor. Keep production record updated.
与班组成员及班长一起解决生产问题。准时做好生产记录。
Cooperate and communicate with logistic department, utility department, lab technician, maintenance and EHS personnel. In terms of supervisor’s arrangement, as coordinator to receive, record and distribute the information from site, utilities, logistic dept., EHS dept., maintenance dept., PolyTHF Complex and all relevant depts. Product loading and RM unloading monitoring；
与物流，公用工程，实验室，维修及安全等部门联系及合作。按照班长的安排和指挥，作为协调人接收、记录和分发来自现场、公用工程、物流部门、EHS部门、维修部门、装置以及外部相关装置的信息。产品装车，原料卸车的监控工作。

Safety 安全

Ensure the accurate hand-over of records of process, inspection, maintenance and EHS activities of plant to the next shift. Ensure implementing all the EHS related activities in the plant.
确保装置工艺生产，检查，维修和EHS活动的记录准确地移交给下一班。确保完成所有工厂内所有EHS相关的工作内容。
According to the standards of EHS and instructions from shift supervisor, performs the supervision duties for any personnel from outside of department and their activities in the plant.
根据EHS标准及班长的指令,行使对外来人员在装置内活动的监督职责。
First Aider of shifts: An individual trained in emergency care in order to provide for the patient before community emergency medical services arrive. The level of training allows this individual to assist community emergency medical technicians at the emergency scene.
班组急救员，在医疗中心到达事故现场前对伤员施救。在医疗中心到达事故现场后协助其工作。

Quality Control质量控制

Closely follow the plant Quality Assurance policies and QA Operating procedures in production monitor timely product quality relevant deviations to meet the required quality of finished products. Understand the Plant safety regulations and the standard of QC and QA. Follow the regulations strictly to ensure Plant safety and production quality.
认真执行质保方针和质保程序,及时发现产品质量的变化,确保产品质量符合要求。懂得装置安全规定和QC与QA标准，在操作中严格遵守规定以保证装置安全和质量。

Housekeeping现场整洁

Clean the control room to keep it free from any waste, dirt and obstructions.
